Earth-Friendly Employees
In 2008, Spectrum began our initiative to become an environmentally friendly office. We started by forming a Green Team, that conducts research and meets periodically to discuss ways that we as an office can be more conscious of our impact on the planet. Once we took a step back and evaluated the situation, it was very clear where we could improve and become less wasteful. In many cases, the new policies and practices that we instituted have also proven to help our bottom line and reduce costs. |
