How can Spectrum help you with Government Year End planning?
We can quickly and efficiently provide you with turn key furniture budgets so you do not lose year-end money. We also understand the Federal Acquisition Regulation guidelines and can help you follow them while still getting your order in by September 30th.
   
What services does Spectrum provide in addition to office furniture?
Under GSA contract GS-28F-8049H we are able to provide the following services:
   
  Design/Layout  - We will meet with you to determine project parameters, workstation standards, fabric and finish selections, and furniture layout. We will also prepare final installation drawings to show placement of furniture, equipment, electrical and data locations. In addition once the order is placed design can coordinate order entry, delivery, and site related issues.
  Installation - Install furniture using factory certified installers. Conduct customer walk through and final punch list.
  Reconfiguration Services  - We can provide labor and installation capability to make moves, changes, and additions to your existing furniture.
  Leasing - Furniture leasing is available on contract.
   
Are there additional services available?
Spectrum has formed a Service Team skilled at solving those problems that keep you up at night as well as defining problematic areas and offering solutions for avoiding them. We will customize a service program that fits your current situation and grows with you as your needs change. Our approach allows you to design your own program with a variety of options including:
   
  Maintenance and repair - after a careful inspection of your furniture, you will be provided with a written report explaing it's condition, solutions for any problems and the estimated costs.
  Cleaning - this service includes spot and upholstery cleaning.
  Refinishing - complete furniture refurbishmjent is available.
  Warranty - we have the appropriate tools, replacement parts and certified tecnicians to repair and maintain warranty terms.
  Storage and asset management - warehousing, inspection, and storage services are available. Optional services include a bonded warehouse computerized asset management. Our electronically monitored inventory system accurately tracks and controls your project and/or your long-term storage needs.
